Como desfragmentar a tua PS3

Pois bem maltinha estes passos em baixo sao bastante uteis para akeles k acham a sua PS3 esta lenta ou sofre de mts breaks.. eu ja fiz isto e posso dizer k a minha PS3 esta sem duvida alguma mto mais rapida

• Well I have been seeing alot of topics lately about people who have simply been complaining about the XMB being slow, or bad trophy sync speeds or other things.
  
  When, Well, it is abit surprising to me, But people simply know how to power their PS3 on, and power it off, nothing more. Which is why I am educating people in this thread how to access this menu! Not as some superior person or anything, but as a fellow gamer who wants those poor hard working PS3`s to be enjoying an easy smooth running long life!
  
  This is going to be a fairly simple guide, And at the same time, Very detailed!
  
  So. Take your time, Consider your love for your PS3, Then consider the following:
  
  Step 1:
  Look at your ps3, If she is worth it to you, Then feel free to advance.
  
  
  Step 2:
  Turn off your PS3, It should be pretty simple, And look like this, Notice the pretty red light.
  
  
  Step 3:
  Press and hold the PS3`s on/off button, Do NOT let go of it, It will turn on, And then after a moment, turn back off. Then you can release it.
  
  
  Step 4:
  Your PS3 should now look like this.
  
  
  Step 5:
  Press and hold the button again, It should do something different this time...It will go.
  "Beep........Beep........BeepBeep" When it does the two fast beeps, Release the button.
  
  
  Step 6:
  Upon releasing the button, You will see this screen.
  
  
  Step 7:
  Hook the controller to your PS3 with a USB cable, upon pressing the PS button to turn the controller on, You will be at this menu, Pick option 4, Which says "Rebuild Database"
  
  
  Step 8:
  This option is very simple as well, And nice too, Basically, When you do this database rebuild. It will also remove all messages recieved and sent that have been clogging your system up, But dont worry about your accounts, They will be fine, As well as save datas, And for those of you gamesharers, Dont worry, You dont have to re-activate the accounts you have logged into.
  
  
  Step 9:
  After pressing X to the last menu screen. Your PS3 will reboot, For those of you with an HDMI, It will ask if you wish to use the HDMI as the systems default output, Pick yes.
  For others, Simply hit the OK button.
  
  
  Step 10:
  Just sit back and wait!
  Your PS3 is now rebuilding its database, Which will make it faster, Smoother, Sync trophies Lots faster, And overall be a more healthy system!
